Originally built by noted St. John architect Glenn Spear for the CEO of Dow Chemicals in the early 1970s, the villa underwent a massive renovation in 2022–2023. Perched above Cinnamon Bay in Catherineberg on the island's North Shore, Valhalla offers panoramic views of Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, and the British Virgin Islands.
